My dears, Today we start this inspiring adventure - walking 10 minutes every day for the next year. It may seem small, but each step has its own importance. This is the first step towards a healthier and happier life.
Today we started our walk. Those ten minutes were like starting the clock, opening the door to a better tomorrow. Already today, we feel the refreshment, the energy that overwhelms us after only ten minutes of activity.
