Ingredients

- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil

- fresh parsley for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare homemade mills from wholemeal flour according to the instructions in the recipe or buy ready-made mills in the store.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped sweet potato and simmer until soft and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. While the sweet potato is frying, prepare wholemeal flour millets according to the instructions on the package (if you use them from the store) or according to your own recipe.
4. Add the toasted sweet potato to the pan with the stewed sweet potatoes and mix well so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
5. In the same pan, add the prepared homemade wholemeal flour and mix well once more to combine all the ingredients.
6. Serve the Mlince warm with wholemeal sweet potato, sprinkled with fresh parsley if desired.
